Rehbar Majeed Processing Mills is a state-of-the-art, modern, and eco-conscious textile processing facility, developed to further strengthen our sustainable and vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities. Strategically located within a prime Special Economic Zone (SEZ), the facility benefits from efficient connectivity and optimized logistics.
The infrastructure has been completed, with phase-wise commissioning in progress, and is designed to support high-efficiency bleaching and dyeing operations, powered by advanced, modern machinery to ensure consistent quality and scalable output.
The facility has been developed in alignment with leading international compliance frameworks and is structured to support certifications and standards including OEKO-TEX®, MADE IN GREEN, STeP, SEDEX and ISO 9001, in line with customer and regulatory requirements.
Sustainability remains at the core of the project. The mill incorporates provision for an ETP, solar power generation, and comprehensive fire safety and fire-fighting systems. Architectural planning emphasizes natural daylight and ventilation, contributing to energy efficiency, operational safety, and improved working conditions.
As part of our long-term environmental commitment, the facility includes a Miyawaki-style forest and an employee welfare vegetable farm, supporting biodiversity, community well-being, and a greener industrial ecosystem.
This integrated approach—combining modern technology, environmental responsibility, and global compliance—positions Rehbar Majeed Processing Mills to deliver world-class textile processing solutions with a minimized environmental footprint.
