Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an essential aspect for our organization. At Rehbar Majeed Textiles, we are committed to integrating sustainable and socially responsible practices into every aspect of our operations. Our CSR initiatives revolve around three core pillars: Environmental Stewardship, Ethical Sourcing, and Social Impact.

Ethical Sourcing

Fair Labor Practices:

We prioritize the well-being of our workers by ensuring safe working conditions, fair wages, and compliance with labor laws. We pay Employee Old age Benefits (EOBI) and health insurance (Social Security), we offer flexible working hours to employees who want to continue education along with work, free transport we carry on-the-job training and promote internal promotion so that our loyal team grow with passage of time. We are dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment that promotes diversity and equal opportunities for all.

Responsible Sourcing:

Rehbar Majeed Textiles is committed to responsible sourcing of raw materials. We work closely with suppliers who share our values, emphasizing ethical and sustainable practices in their operations.

Sustainable Manufacturing:
Our solar champs(solar cells) produce 100KWA of green energy which covers around 75% of total energy requirement at sewing facility. We have implemented state-of-the-art technologies to minimise energy consumption i.e. energy efficient lights & switchgear, servo motors, energy efficient new model machinery, abundance of sunlight to reduce use of lights. Our commitment to sustainable practices extends to using eco-friendly raw materials (organic yarn, recycled polyester, reusable waterproof bags for storage), and reducing waste.

Carbon Footprint Reduction:

Through innovative initiatives, we continuously strive to reduce our carbon footprint. This includes investing in renewable energy sources, optimizing transportation logistics, and promoting energy-efficient practices throughout our supply chain.

Community Engagement​:

 Recognizing our role as a corporate citizen, we actively engage with local communities through various initiatives. These include our (1)Free Water for all initiative, under which we have installed water treatment plant that treat ground water to drinkable water, everyone in our neighbourhood enjoy access for drinkable water for free.

(2) Green Neighbourhood initiative, under which we have planted a number of trees and shrubs including tall bamboos that beautify our neighbourhood along with cleansing of environment. These trees are very popular with local ticktokers and instragrammers :)

Employee Well-being:

Our commitment to social responsibility extends to the well-being of our employees. We invest in health and safety programs such as rescue 1122 training, ensuring free face masks during COVID, ensuring first aid kits, fire safety, evacuation plan and training etc. We provide continuous training and development opportunities, and foster a culture that values diversity and inclusion.

Our Vegetable Farm initiative by CEO Mr. Rehbar Majeed is an example of employees wellbeing and welfare, we have designated 2 kanal land for growing vegetable all investment including water and seeds has been provided by the company which vegetables are distributed among all factory employees. This is not just free vegetable drive but also very motivating exercise for everyone as they heavily participate in this drive. Its kind of fun for all.
